How is Walking the Path of Right Relations structured?

Understanding that the participation of leadership is critical, but these are likely not the people who will be holding the day-to-day relationships with Tribes, we have created two tracks of participation: Executive Track and Full Track. Each organization must have at least one person participating in the Full Track.

Walking the Path of Right Relations runs from now through June 2026. It consists of in-person gatherings, virtual gatherings and in-between work, which we have outlined below.

• In-Person Gatherings

  • 3-day Opening Session

  • 4-6 single-day Listening Sessions

  • Single Day Closing & Lesson Harvest

• Virtual Gatherings

  • Knowledge Sessions

  • Integration and sense-making session after the Listening Sessions

  • Optional Coaching Clinics & Sheltered Conversations

• In-between work

  • As an organizational cohort:

    • Meet as necessary to determine how to share the learnings and integrate it into your work

  • Individually:

    • Select materials to read or watch

    • Preparation for Listening Sessions and Lesson Harvest

    • Potential follow-up on Listening Sessions

Below is a high-level schedule of events for the different tracks. Executive Track participants are welcome to attend the Listening Sessions, but it is not mandatory.
